easywin Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the easywin website at easywin.one, including all games, features, tools, and services made available thereon.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the easywin Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your easywin Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to your Account by easywin, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the easywin Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity and age verification, required by easywin prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise deemed necessary.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency in which easywin Accounts are denominated.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the easywin Platform, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent checkbox during registration, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;
2. You have read and agree to the easywin Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms;
4. All information you provide to easywin is accurate, complete, and up to date; and
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on easywin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable. easywin will verify your age as part of the KYC process.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by easywin from time to time.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of easywin, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by easywin or by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) easywin Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. easywin reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering your Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address;
• Keep your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs), strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;
• Notify easywin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account;
• Update your Account information promptly if any details change; and
• Complete KYC verification when requested by easywin, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID.

easywin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All easywin Accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). easywin does not accept deposits in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• easywin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your easywin Account.
• easywin may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 60 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements.
• easywin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud or compliance checks.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

easywin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus terms applicable to all easywin promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or assigned to any third party.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• easywin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account.
• easywin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotion.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the easywin Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

easywin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers and are subject to their own regulatory oversight.

easywin publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term average return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual gaming session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the easywin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform, whether or not such exploitation results in financial gain;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing easywin staff or other players; and
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by easywin.

9 Responsible Gaming

easywin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harms associated with problem gambling. easywin provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your easywin Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during your session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the easywin Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the easywin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of easywin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine copyright law.

easywin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Use any easywin trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent; or
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of easywin's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

easywin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at easywin.one/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

easywin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and easywin cannot guarantee absolute security.

easywin will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required to provide the Platform services, comply with applicable law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, easywin's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your easywin Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

easywin shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform;
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials; or
• Any act or omission of any third-party payment provider, game studio, or other service provider.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude easywin's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13 Termination & Suspension

easywin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if easywin has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, easywin may forfeit any Balance held in your Account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where termination is not for cause, easywin will return any verified real-money Balance to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting easywin's customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money Balance will be returned to you following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the easywin Platform, you agree to first contact easywin's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. easywin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

easywin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, easywin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at easywin.one/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
